By M.P i,m trying to install cmdbuild by deploying.war file in tomcat. When i deploy a sample.war file the application appears in the application list and i can install it but when i deploy the cmdbuild.war file nothing appears in the application list even though it says OK. I can access the []. For people like me who started with a vanilla ubuntu distro you'll need to: apt-get install tomcat6 #not tomcat7. Apt-get install tomcat6-extras. Apt-get install.
Hi guys, we are on the lookout for a solution for IT Asset Management. Preferably one that integrates into OCS and of course CMDBuild fits the bill. Even though we managed to setup OCS without a problem (using a very detailed guide of course), our Linux expertise is somewhat lacking and the documentation we've gone through is not as detailed as we apparently require. I've Googled and Binged but the installation guides are few and far between. The closest one we've found that's any good is: We've followed it as best we can, but it leaves out some important areas out and from the forum posts we've gone through this is probably where our issues are.
Is there perhaps an step by step (idiot proof) guide or even an OpenVZ or VMWare image available? We're using Ubuntu but we'd be happy to use Centos or any other flavour simply to get it working so we can evaluate it. Appreciate any assistance or a point in the right direction.
